'The safe batteries were completely dead. The cleaning people did not fully stock the toilet paper, or cups. Things that should be automatic. The check in staff were great, especially the midnight crew. '

'The breakfast was not fabulous and the tables were sticky in the dining area. I feel like the owners are trying to improve the place. My towels were like brand new towels with a little extra lint and soft. Beds were very clean. I had to clean the counters, a chair with spill marks and bathroom surfaces myself. It was mostly clean, but there were sticky spots and the bathroom seat had some things not fully cleaned. Maybe they should have only room key access in the exterior doors. Because, I...
