'3day stay. Our bathroom didn’t have any hot water after the first night. AC unit was loud. Elevators are small, barely fit 3 people and their luggage. Staff was friendly, lobby clean. For the amount of money they charge people they can at least have a decent pillow, hot water and give their rooms some TLC. '

'the room was clean and quiet. the only downside was the shower. there was barely any water pressure and it made that aspect not enjoyable, but everyone that worked there was helpful and hospitable, and it was walking distance from a lot of dining options!'

'Good breakfast, decent coffee. The room was comfortable. The area is not bad, with a BJs next door and some other retail stores within walking distance.'

'My AC was not working and the hotel could not move me to another room because they were sold out. When entering my room i did notice that the electrical breaker was open. I still wondered the hotel staff knew and still booked the room. I had 2 babys and a diabetic person with me. This was during a heat wave. I checked out early and left and requested a refund. I could not get a refund and had to scramble finding a hotel because expedia or the hotel could not help me find one. This was the worst...

'Superaardige ontvangst We kwamen vroeg aan en konden meteen in onze kamer zonder extra te betalen En kregen twee gratis kaartjes om bij het sportcentrum om de hoek te zwemmen te sporten. Alles was aanwezig in de kamers De kamer was klein maar schoon. Ontbijtkeuze was klein maar ok. De manager kwam nog even een praatje met ons maken.'

'We walked in the building and were overcome with the smell of bad marijuana ir whatever it was they were smoking IN A NON SMOKING HOTEL. Wanted to watch network TV. No signal Oscars were on. Other channels work. Went down to desk the guy said he had no idea, never heard of that kind of problem. Didn't know what to do. I would have moved to another hotel, but we had already been charged and were tired.'
