'Hotelstaff is superb! Special thanks to Giacomo from the reception who made us feel so welcome. Rooms are ok, but can be noisy when you stay at the street side. Only the safe was too small to fit an iPad or laptop. Breakfast is as usual at NH varied and from good quality. 'First time in this hotel after staying in another hotel in Milano for the past years on regular base. Think I found myself a new one as the service was very good, the room (executive room) was very nice, minibar was included, same as the spa. The shower.... Will never forget this shower as it was the best I had in any hotel for ages. (Note to the hotel; sorry I took all the amenities but they smelled SO nice I want to use these at home as well!)'
