'First time in this hotel after staying in another hotel in Milano for the past years on regular base.
Think I found myself a new one as the service was very good, the room (executive room) was very nice, minibar was included, same as the spa. The shower.... Will never forget this shower as it was the best I had in any hotel for ages.

'Nice and beautiful hotel. At check-in time my room wasn’t ready yet, so they gave me a free upgrade to the executive room. Metro and tram station in front of the hotel. "Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to Como for example as the meeting point for the buses is right outside the hotel. Despite being central there were no noise disturbances at all (we were on the 1st floor even). Overall a great stay and would honestly stay again when visiting Milan a next time! "
