'Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! 'I always love to stay at Brera apartments at San Babila because it’s super convenient to go shopping and bring your bags home during the day :-). Clean apartment, quiet surroundings. Only thing that could even make it better is the option to have healthy breakfast delivered early in the morning as it’s very hard in Milan to find such breakfast spots (fruit, yoghurt, egg, avocado toast). But I just bring my own food with me so all was great!'

'Nice and spacious and the front desk girls were fantastic very friendly and accommodating, we arrived early they stored our luggage and even took it to our room when it was ready. Very close to trsin station as well.'

The only issue was that on the last day before the departure internet went down. When I contacted the property, the problem was not resolved until the next day when I left.'
