'This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!'

'My mom and I took a girls trip to Italy and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is gorgeous, exactly as pictured, perhaps better. Our room was beautiful, modern and tasteful. 'Capanna is echt een prima verblijf, nieuw, schoon en goed ingericht. De kamer is wel vrij sober met maar één stoel en geen koffie- of thee faciliteiten. Wel een mooie koelkast met flesjes water voor ons. De bewegwijzering naar Capanna is zeer slecht. Nergens een bordje met aanduiding bij de onverharde weg die je moet nemen. Google maps vindt het niet. Uiteindelijk is een bewoner van de omgeving ons voorgegaan om geraderd te vinden. Dit moet echt beter !'

'Ontzettend prettige ontvangst in dit verblijf, mooie kamers in Toscaanse stijl ingericht. De dame aan de receptie weet ontzettend veel van de omgeving en kan je dus nog goed tips geven over wat er zoal in de buurt is te doen of te bekijken. Goede locatie om uitstapjes te maken naar bijvoorbeeld Arrezzo, Florence, Sienna etc. maar ook om op het verblijf te relaxen bij het mooie zwembad. Heerlijk diner gehad in het restaurant. Echt iets om nog eens naar terug te gaan.'
