'Netjes en erg dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden'

'Nous sommes restés 2 jours et le séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé. On voit tout de suite que l’hôtel a été refait à neuf récemment. Les huisseries portes et fenêtres sont de très belles qualités. Le mobilier est de belle facture. Nous étions au calme avec une vue sur le parking de l’hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. L’hôtel est bien placé proche du Tram ligne 1 (station Resistancia). Qui mène directement à la gare centrale de Florence qui est à 2 pas du centre-ville...

'The properly exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved our stay. The staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety in choice and the surrounding areas to the property had ample space and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s a short walk from and to the city centre. '

'We had a problem tonight We went out and came back at 8:30 We couldnt open the door We asked for help from Jouliano She sent two people they couldnt open the door and they called firefighters to come and they came and they also couldnt open the door and they said we cant do anything At 11 they left and the one who Jouliano was sent said that you have to go stay some where tonight!!!!! And we will fix the door tomorrow morning! We explained that our stuffs and moneys are in the apartment...

'Accomodatie heeft wat onderhoud en vernieuwing nodig. Ontbijt is simpel maar genoeg. Parkeren kan je naast je accomodatie. '

'The villa was nice, beautiful scenery. A bit cold the days we were there, this location is better when sunny and warm. Absolutely must have a car, because taxi was expensive and not easy to get up there. Front desk/reception guy was rude and made faces- not the most friendly staff.'
