'What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.'

'Very nice get away. Close to the beach and pier. All the gear for the beach is provided including the wagon which makes it a joy to spend the day on the sand. Condo is awesome. Great stay! Will return'

'We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! '

'Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address...
