SUPER SCHOON
Deze mooie slaapkamer (met extra slaapbank) appartement is op de bovenste verdieping van een van de hoogste gebouwen in Mission Beach met GEWELDIGE UITZICHTEN. Van de muur van ramen zie je helemaal zuiden naar het centrum, noorden naar La Jolla, westwaarts naar de Stille Oceaan en oostwaarts naar Mission Bay.

Het moment dat u stap in de deur, wordt u omringd door een gevoel van ontspanning en rust. De heldere nieuwe meubels en het vrolijke decor maken het gemakkelijk om meteen in een stemming 'laat je zorgen achter' te stappen, en het feit dat je op een steenworp afstand bent van de Mission Beach Boardwalk met kilometers zand en zee, brengt dat gevoel werkelijkheid!

Mission Beach, de BEACHWALK, Mission Bay, restaurants, winkels, Belmont Park (met zijn achtbaan en golfslagbad) zijn slechts een korte loopafstand. SEA WORLD is een vijf minuten rijden, terwijl San Diego Zoo, Park van Balboa, San Diego met haar gaslamp district en de oude binnenstad zijn binnen een 15-20 minuten rijden!



De muur van ramen en een terras off van de zonnige woonkamer kijken uit naar de Stille Oceaan aan de rechterkant en Mission Bay aan de linkerkant. Met uitzicht op de San Diego skyline en de Sea World vuurwerk (s nachts in de zomer ... weekends het hele jaar door!). U kunt zien voor mijl, terwijl u op het terras zitten met je 's ochtends koffie.

Als u erop staat om te werken of gewoon op de hoogte bent van het internet, bieden wij supersnelle WiFi-service. En hebben ook extra sportkanalen voor uw plezier ... als u niet buiten op het strand bent!

De keuken is uitgerust met nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een magnetron, vaatwasser en afvalpers. Breng gewoon eten mee want al het andere is aanwezig! Dit alles wordt omringd door prachtige marmeren toonbanken en vloeren.

Er is extra zorg besteed aan het meest comfortabele bed (de matras is onlangs vervangen door een luxe matras van $ 4000, die als een hemel slaapt!) met donzen kussens en dekbedden. We hebben onlangs ook een aircondtioner in de slaapkamer geïnstalleerd, waarmee u de meest comfortabele temperatuur voor uw slaapvoorkeuren kunt kiezen. En als je het te koud hebt, is er een open haard aan de muur die niet alleen warmte biedt, maar ook een heerlijke romantische sfeer!

Het bad, met bad en doorweekte regendouchekop, is volledig gerenoveerd en omringd met travertijn marmeren tegels op de vloeren, douche en ijdelheid top.

Alle zorg is besteed in de hoop dat je voelt als de speciale en gewaardeerde gast die je bent!

Clean, safe and comfortable condo. Kitchen has everything you need. Very close to the beach, with a nice view of both the ocean and the bay from the balcony.

The owner and property manager are as delightful as can be. Somehow the directions to the place seemed more complicated than necessary. The pros: Vew and location to local sights, secured parking, access to beach, and restaurants. Had everything we needed. The cons: Traffic noise and traffic congestion, noise from late night guests in local outdoor restaurants, Loud fan from local restaurant that runs all day. Laundry is in the underground parking garage and requires money. Parking for our SUV was challenging as the space was tight and required parallel parking. The carpet could use a cleaning. This unit best suited for a younger demographic.

We enjoyed or stay. The location is terrific. The pictures show what the unit is like. 1/2 block to the ocean front boardwalk and about 3 blocks to the Mission Bay boardwalk. Beautiful view from the patio and a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails. The only cons we had was no fan over the stove and so beacause we cooked a lot the smoke alarm would go off. The elevator was broken for our first few days which made it awkward to get all our stuff up to the unit. We also had trouble with the one lock to enter the garage from the stairwell and I would suggest they try to eliminate having to use a key there. It was concerning for us as we are seniors and in an emergency it might be difficult to get out of the building. Having a secured parking spot is definitely a bonus as even though we did not use our vehicle much we drove from Canada and were glad to have a place to park.The

We loved this condo. It had everything! The town was pleasant. We enjoyed morning walks, steps away from dining, the beach. Katherine was a great host. The check-in tour she gave us was necessary in order to grasp the ins & outs of accessing the condo, the building is old and not digitized/modernized. You need a physical key to access everything. You need a key to access the stairs, to access the doors inside the stairwell, you need the key to also access the elevator and to access the garage, and to access the showers outside to rinse off all the sand before you enter the building. And you need a separate key to access the condo/unit. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the building/property management, digital keypads would really be an upgrade. Parking on site was a huge lifesaver!!! If you are sensitive to noise, I would bring earplugs. We were well aware that there was no central air, and sleeping with the windows open allowed better airflow. However, you can hear motorcycles, other traffic. Also, running AC units on the ceilings of nearby buildings. The bedroom does have a window unit for Air Conditioning which helps drown the noise, and it did get pretty cold. And there are two tower fans in the living room. This town was very pleasant. My husband and I felt very safe walking around at night with our 4 year old. The condo had everything you needed to take down to the beach. And we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. I would stay here again.

Dearest Sandi, your beach apt was just so Lovely, and my husband and I truly loved it and enjoyed it so very much. So nice that it was by the bike rentals, Mission Cafe, Moe's Steak Restaurant, Guava Bar, Olive Cafe, and Molly's Healthy Cafe. Loved the perfect location and the beach area is always such a perfect spot. Everything about the beach apt was great with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, plus the bed was perfect, my goodness it was so perfect. First time ever for us in getting a perfect bed to sleep in, so that truly was an extra plus. The Living Room was nice, too, and so comfortable. I will have to say that we were definitely Lucky in finding this great beach apt.. Once again, thank you so much Sandi and Kathryn for all the help you gave us for our Mission Beach stay that was so very nice and enjoyable. Hopefully, we can book it for next year as well. We’ve stayed in this building maybe a dozen times in different units. This unit is one of the nicest. Things we like - proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and the a/c in the master was great during a SD heatwave. Things we don’t like - being on the top floor, the noise from nearby rooftop industrial fans is loud and non-stop. We’re sensitive to noise so this was a big negative.

We loved the location of the condo. It had great views from the balcony of the bay & the beach. Quiet condo complex and clean. Parking here for this unit is parallel parking in a tight garage so for a SUV it was a little difficult-I'm not the best at parallel parking. The pictures online are pretty similar to the unit. There isn't much space to put food in the kitchen, so we just kept it on the counter. To access the bathroom you have to go through the master bedroom, which was fine for us as we were with our kids. The beach and bay were super close. The outside water to rinse off was nice. I didn't realize they had beach equipment in the unit to use. We brought our own. But they had umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and I believe sand toys. Very helpful owner & property manager too. We arrive super late and they gave us the info to check in ourselves which was super accurate. thanks for a great place!!!

This condo is in the most perfect location. Far enough from the noise but not too far to walk to the fun. The beach is literally "right there!" There are gread holes in the wall for drinking and dining. The condo has everything you need for yourhome-away-from-home experience. And the towels.are so.soft! I want to know what they use in the laundry. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the watered-down soaps in the bathroom. I used more than twice as much so its not really saving money in the end.

The ocean is a very short block one way and the bay Just a tiny bit further the other way. The view is beautiful! The place itself is cute but it is also pretty small ifyou have more than a couple people it. May be pretty snug however we did not soend much time in there

Host was very accommodating to our schedule and extremely informative on check in and check out instructions. Not a whole lot of check out instructions which made our stay very relaxing. Great communication and a wonderful location just a few feet from the beach and by all the best restaurants…Moe’s Steakhouse (their Butter Cake is fab), Molly’s (best Shakshuka we’ve ever had for breakfast), Better Buzz Coffee and Miss B’s Coconut Club. It had all the amenities that we needed!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Again we were not disappointed. The space is very clean and has everything you would need for a beach vacation getaway. Both the owner and property manager were communicative and very pleasant. We will be back for sure!
