Zoek niet verder, dit unieke thuis weg van huis gelegen in het hart van Pacific Beach. Binnen enkele minuten naar strand, baai, winkels, restaurants en supermarkten. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van San Diego.

Dit ruime 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers + LOFT ligt op enkele minuten afstand van het strand en de baai. 1 blok off van Garnet Avenue (De belangrijkste strook in Pacific Beach). Veel geweldige restaurants / bars op loopafstand. De vernieuwde keuken is uitgerust met koelkast, kookplaat / oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat + alles wat u nodig heeft om thuis een maaltijd te bereiden. Eigen gasbarbecue op balkon / terras. De bedden (extra lang King, Queen en x2 twins) zijn gloednieuw, comfortabel en schoon. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor 1 grote auto en een wasserette op het terrein! Centraal in alles wat San Diego te bieden heeft.

Ik woon in een huis voor eenheden. Je hebt het vermogen om zoveel of zo weinig contact te hebben. Ik ben hier om aanbevelingen te doen en om uw vakantie zo ontspannend en plezierig mogelijk te maken.

Buurtoverzicht:
Pacific Beach is een echt pareltje. In het zuiden ligt Mission Beach en Ocean Beach; het noorden is La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove en de prachtige North County Coastline (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). Je kunt overal naartoe fietsen en wandelen in dit fantastische strandstadje. Belmont Parks achtbaan en arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect voor kinderen na een heerlijke stranddag. Het vangen van de zonsondergang bij Law Street, PB Boardwalk of Kate Sessions is een must! Ongeveer een $ 20 UBER / LYFT naar Downtown / Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park en La Jolla! Torrey Pines State Park en de golfbaan liggen op 15 minuten afstand. Sea World (op slechts een fiets rijden), Legoland, The Zoo en The Safari Park zijn er voor uw vermaak! Vergeet Balboa Park en al onze mooie musea niet.

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Convenient location

We were very pleased with the property. It is within 2 miles of the Pacific Beach. Too far to walk with kids and beach supplies but found parking each day that got us closer. The property is perfect for a family of 4-6. Two full baths are a plus as well as one covered parking space. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager is very responsive to questions.

First VRBO experience

My husband and I along with our 3 kids ranging from ages 1-8 years old stayed comfortably at Laura's property. Sleeping, cooking and bathing accomodations were awesome! Laura has really anticipated the needs of her renters and it made our vacation that much better. The game room was a hit as well as the board games, making our downtime at the home fun as well. She provides beach towels and many fun things to take to the beach so you don't have to lug them along with you on your trip. We'll be looking to stay at one of Laura's properties again!

Cozy place

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed. A few basic spices were available, too. The bathrooms are a little dated, but everything works. We couldn't find the washer or dryer though, which would have been annoying if we didn't have family 5 min away. Perhaps we didn't look hard enough? The neighborhood is quiet with respectful families, and super convenient to the main drag of PB which has restaurants, groceries, and bars. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple and well-explained.

Spring Break March 2024

The unit was exactly as noted in the description! Perfect! The unit acommodated 2 adults, a teen and 2 older kids nicely! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs! Having the 2 bathrooms was very nice and the Loft!! The kids loved the loft! Laura was an awesome host! Checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was central to everything! We went to Lego land, SeaWorld, Petco park, gaslamp district, the zoo, Midway, La Jolla, all the main beaches and Coronado and of course the airport! ! All within a short easy drive. Highly recommend this unit to anyone vacationing in San Diego! Thanks Laura!

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable beach getaway!

The condo had everything we needed! Also, unlike the last few vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, it didn’t feel like cheap shortcuts were made. We felt safe, the kitchen had plenty of supplies, and it was just over one mile to the beach. My kids loved the loft, and there was plenty of room to move about (much different than our previous hotel stays). We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this cozy property. Our host, Laura was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property is a little hard to find as we arrived in the evening. However, Laura, was attentive and guided us through every step. The neighborhood is quiet and you have access to many restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store all within walking distance. My kids LOVED and enjoyed the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable, clean and the decor is perfect. We spent a week here in June and didn’t want to leave. You’re close to downtown, great parks and beaches. We visited old town San Diego, pacific beach, La Jolla and downtown and it was all within 15 minutes or less. We also spent a couple of days in legoland and that was only about a 25 minute drive. Bathroom cabinet in master bath needs to be replaced but nothing to deter you from not staying here. Just a small and quick fix. Great find, we can’t wait to be back!
