Great little place

This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated being able to park on the property, next to the entrance gate. Access to the apartment was easy and secure. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the big shower.

Wonderful hosts

This is our 2nd time staying here, and hopefully not our last. Jorge and his family are very accommodating! Parking is a breeze, the AC works great, all appliances do as well! There’s a nice private patio and plenty of space for all of your belongings! It’s super close to grocery and some good restaurants as well. Having the gas station 4 blocks away is nice too.

Short stay for Padres game

The place was clean, a little smaller than it looked. The only problem was the garage was right above the bedroom, up and down quite a lot. Owner used garage instead of the front door, it was not great to have it used so frequently 🙁

Peacefull cottage

This cottage was in a perfect location for us. We were close to local family and shopping and recreation. The home was clean, and we appreciated the luggage storage, the filtered water, the wifi, the oversized shower, and the quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and although they were onsite, they were quiet and gave us privacy.

We hope we get to stay here again in the future! The place was clean & very well maintained. All appliances worked well & the wifi was reliable. Being able to park on the driveway was a huge plus (even though there’s plenty of street parking). There’s not much to walk to in the area, which was not a problem for us since we had our car. But something to think about if you’re traveling without a vehicle.

This place was perfect for us (a 60s+ couple). Quiet, comfortable and fitted with every convenience we needed and with nice decor. My co-worker and I stayed here while attending a week long conference hosted at UCSD. Location was close enough for an easy commute in the mornings and evenings, and much nicer than a hotel since we had a kitchen. Would def. book again if I had a similar situation.

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is an easy 15-20 minute drive from most of the major attractions in San Diego. The unit is clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great for preparing meals. The owner is very responsive and polite. We would definitely stay here again.
