Cove Beach House: Steps to Sand & Surf!

Summary:

Experience the charm of Sunset at Santa Cruz, a modern Spanish-style house in San Diego, just moments from the beach. This beautifully remodeled home features a brand-new interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the upstairs balcony and unwind in the cozy living room. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's perfect for families. Explore nearby attractions like the zoo and theme parks.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.



-There is a new washer/dryer located on the property; it is shared by 3 other units and is operated through the WASH app for payment.



Guest Access:

Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the lock box located at your bungalow. We ask all guests to please make sure to put the key back in the lock box before departure.

Guests love OB for its dog-friendly beach, lively nightlife, farmers market, year-round surfing, and relaxed coastal vibe making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking an authentic San Diego beach experience with easy access to the city’s top attractions.

Other Things to Note:

We have two flat screen TVs equipped with a Roku for streaming from all services. Cable is not provided.
