The Space:
Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom home with an additional ADU and spa, ideal for family gatherings or weekend getaways! Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a cozy living area, featuring a TV perfect for movie nights and relaxation. To the left, a spacious dining table sets the stage for memorable meals together.

As you explore the home, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, with a full bathroom conveniently located in the center. The well-equipped kitchen also includes a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, making daily life a breeze. Plus, enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout the home to stay connected.

Step outside to the inviting backyard complete with patio seating and the private spa! You will also find the additional ADU. This lovely space features a cozy bed and its own bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for guests. With its perfect blend of warmth and functionality, this home is an ideal retreat for families and friends!

Getting Around:
Mission Hills is very walk-able! However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Mission Hills. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Please, no pets allowed.
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
