Our goal is to make your getaway very special and memorable.

Skylights throughout make this upstairs one level unit light & bright! With dual master suite floor plan, it is very spacious - 1,060 sq.ft.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the sofa in the living room provided an extra sleeping space for a kid. Large master suite has walk in closet, dual sinks, custom walk in shower with skylight and private balcony that overlooks surrounding neighborhood where you can enjoy some outdoor dining or just soak up the San Diego sunshine!

While there are plenty of dining options all within walking distance, the space boosts a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, double door refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and some kitchen basics for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 and offers a cozy space for some fresh coffee or a nice home made dinner. Kitchen counter has space for 2 more.

Charming living room with a comfortable sofa, gas fireplace (detailed safety and use instructions in guest guidebook) and a turntable with vintage vinyl to relax after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms and living room feature Smart TVs (supports Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) for entertainment. Cable is available in Living Room and Master Bedroom only, 2nd bedroom does not have Cable. If you`re not really into watching TV you will find some games for a fun Game Night!

The condo has central Heating/AC, and in unit washer and dryer. *Please use small loads only for washer/dryer. Ceiling Fans in Living Room and Bedrooms if you don`t want/need to turn on AC.

We also provide a Pack n Play.

Last but (definitely) not the least: boogie board, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, flippers, portable cooler, picnic basket available for you to use!

Our condo has all the amenities you need for a beachy stay!

This is the perfect spot to experience San Diego without any stress. It is a one of a kind, relaxed, non-touristy community and at the same time we are a 10-minute (3 mi.) drive from airport and 15 minutes (7.5 mi.) from Downtown.

PARKING:
1 single parking spot in garage. Please note that garage is extremely narrow and your car might not fit, if that is the case, you can park in the driveway right behind your garage door.

Street parking is available but it can get crowded in the summer and on weekends.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

Ocean Beach is famous for its bohemian, laid-back feel and enthusiastic embrace of beach life. It`s a beautiful city full of colorful characters and great restaurants and bars with some amazing views. You can surf, catch the sunset and still have time for some world-famous tacos at one of OB`s iconic restaurants. It really is an exciting town that offers plenty to do. Close enough to the beach to provide a relaxing afternoon and close drive to downtown San Diego to provide a night on the downtown SD scene - there`s plenty to do for everyone!

Uber and Lyft are readily available in OB. You can also walk 2 blocks over to Newport Avenue and catch the 923 bus for a half hour ride to downtown ($2.25). If you`re in a car, there is one parking spot in driveway for you and street parking is also available.

*Being so close to the airport, you will hear planes taking off. They start around 6:30 am and stop at about 11 pm.

*Please put all trash inside plastic trash bags before depositing in garbage bin.

*Please use small loads only for washer/dryer.

*Condo is part of a 4-unit gated building. Your condo does not face the street and is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

*Garage is extremely narrow. If your car does not fit in, you can park outside in the driveway right behind your garage door.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and at least 3 previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

Pet Policy:
-Only one adult dog allowed (up to 20lbs) per stay
-Dog must be house trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture
-Pet fee: $100 non refundable
-Guests assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pets during the stay

Those fees are not included in the price shown by the booking platform and should be paid before check-in.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.


Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

This is the third year we have stayed here while in OB. Its a easy walk to shops, restraunts & the beach. Very clean & comfortable with plenty of space for a family.

Nice stay!

Pros: - very clean - comfortable furniture and reasonably stocked kitchen supplies - walkability! Obviously you would need to drive to any of the attractions around town but you can walk to the beach, bars and restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Grocery store and Target are also walkable. - dedicated parking spot! This is gold! (If you have two cars you can park a smaller car in the garage.) - large bedrooms: you could comfortably fit a pack and play in either room. Things to consider: - the condo is under the flight path from the airport-- to be fair so is pretty much all of ocean beach and much of central San Diego. Closing the windows helps a lot with the noise and it really didn't disrupt our experience, however if you know this would bother you, you may want to consider a different part of town.

Stay was great, we had a lot of trouble with the internet which was a challenge for the ladies. It kept going out and not reconnecting. We did as instructed in the manual but it did not work. I called and spoke to a very nice female, sorry forgot the name. She listened to what I had already done and then said she would contact the internet carrier to see if there is an issue. I never heard back from her but the internet did work Sunday evening and stayed working through Monday am when we left Overall stay was great

very comfortable, nice design

We enjoyed our stay, the place was nicely renovated and was comfortable for myself and my two teens. I am not familiar with San Diego that much but it was only a few hundred yards from the beach and restaurants were right down the street so it was very convenient. The only downside is that I did not know that Ocean Beach is a little rough and seemingly more for locals. We learned later that Mission Beach is a bit nicer beach. If you are young and want some nightlife, this is a good choice.

Best friends of ours, my wife and I booked this house on 23 December …Southwest airlines canceled our flight on Christmas 25th of December, therefore unable to arrive at property. Bright windows, responsive hosts, close to OB pier

This was the best rental I’ve ever had. Clear marked map and check-in instructions, super clean place, very well equipped (think cleaning supplies, extra pillows, top down bottom up window blinds, matches for the gas fireplace, little instructional signs on delicate stuff like the record player). Very thoughtfully appointed place. When I let them know there was no cutting board, they got one and delivered it(!!!) We used both bedrooms and the fold out couch and it was great. Place is very bright and open feeling because second floor. We went every day to the pier, beach and tide pools, and used the excellent broom for sand a lot. We will try to get this rental again!

Can we stay a few more weeks?

As soon our family of four checked in, I was trying to figure out how we could come back and stay for a longer time. I even got so far in my thought process, that I was going to pull kids out of school for a few additional days outside of their holiday breaks! ( : And secretly, I didn't want to leave a good review because then the place will get too popular and there won't be availability for us to return....LOL The pictures are exactly as the place looks when you walk in the door and there is a chair/ottoman in the main bedroom that you will not want to get up from. Easy access to the I-5. We traveled up to Legoland one day and the the following day it only took us 8 minutes to get back to this place from Seaworld. There is a nice variety of coffee places and restaurants in walking distance and the beach and pier are super close.

Loved this place!

This was the perfect place for me, my husband and our two daughters. This property was advertised as charming and it absolutely was... an incredible beach get-a-way.! It was modern and well decorated with tons of natural light. The short walk to OB pier and the surrounding neighborhood made getting around really easy. We would definitely stay again.

A Walking Location That Would Be Good for a Dog

The property was very clean & furnished well. We liked that the bedrooms were separated by the living area & kitchen for noise buffering, however, there was no mention that the airport flight path is just overhead. So from early morning until evening the planes take off above on a frequent schedule. Otherwise, the location is close to walk to the pier, downtown area, restaurants/bars & groceries. Had trouble getting any response from the mgmt company several times when I tried to reach them. We booked this space in order to have our companion, Bailey our dog, go with us. She unexpectedly passed away the day before we left & we could not reach anyone regarding our dog deposit refund. Still no one has reached out to discuss this with us...very disappointing.

Beautiful place and perfect location

Wonderful place. Clean and so close to everything in Ocean Beach. Perfect for 3 of us. Used the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach which was so close. Dishwasher was fixed in timely manner when we realized not working. Got someone out there right away to check it and fixed the following day. Washer and dryer came in handy as well. We would stay again when we return.
