Great spot in Mission Beach

This is a great rental, only 4 houses to the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We loved the location, so close to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. We rented bikes for the week, as we didn’t rent a car, and it was so easy to get around. A great little market and coffee shop just around the corner. Everything has been recently updated, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds are very comfortable and the linens of good quality. So nice to have the patio to ourselves, and the bbq works great. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Excellent Property

We just concluded a 3 night stay at this property and greatly enjoyed our time. The property is very clean and well equipped. Communication with the property manager was flawless and the check in process very easy. We loved the location as it is just steps from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property (downstairs unit) has a cute little outdoor/patio space with a grill and fireplace. The only drawbacks of the property are that there is no designated parking spot. There is limited public parking along the streets or in walking distance but on weekends and during peak season parking will be a struggle. The property is also located near the airport so be aware that you will have to deal with airplane noise before 7am. Don’t let that discourage you from booking this property because ALL properties in that area are dealing with the same noise. This unit is really a gem and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location

This location was amazing. Steps away from the beach, short walk from the pier, the drive to things was very close. There is no parking for this property and you do have to find street parking or park in one of the lots they have so if you’re renting a car that is something you should know. The only downside we had was next door there is a younger group of people who like to party but I contacted the property manager about the noise and he fixed it right away but other than that this is such a great property to rent for your vacation.

Great vacation rental!

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this super clean, well stocked, beach property. It’s in a great location and there’s so much to do within walking distance. My kids loved surfing at the beach and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit on the patio. We will definitely rent here again!

Perfect for small family!

This was a perfect property for my husband and I along with our 3 young boys. The ocean on one side and bay on other made it simple to hop back and forth. The main Mission Beach area is literally 3 blocks away with lots of food options, stores, etc. Jeff was extremely quick to respond to my few questions. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

What a great little condo, right off the beach! Everything is spotless with remodeling everywhere. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was nice sized. We had 5 people with us and it was fine, space wise. The single bathroom could be a problem for some groups but it wasn’t for us. Nice patio out front with a fire pit and a bbq. We sat out there the first night and drank the bottle of wine Jeff left for us as a welcome gift. It was awesome! You can walk to Belmont Park and you are steps from the sand. Parking is the only issue. Make sure you read the parking signs on the street. They street sweep 4 days a week. $52 mistake if you don’t move your car. There are restaurants and bars right down the way or you can hop on a scooter and go find another spot. You will love this place! Thanks Jeff!

In the midst of a pandemic a Nurse pause

A wonderful weekend away from all of my responsibilities of parenting, Healthcare and all of the stressful situations in between. Lovely, cozy, super clean spot that so sweetly decorated, and has all that is needed. With a neighborhood so quiet I could here the ocean that was 3 mins from our doorstep.
