'​Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. 'The reception staff were amazing, very helpful and made the holiday feel special, they gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready. The room was cleaned everyday, the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was well situated for Adeje and was able to get around very easily. The hotel provided great breakfast and the entertainment was interesting 😂'
