'My partner and I spent two nights at this location and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place was spacious, and had everything we needed! The hosts were great with communication and even went above and beyond to share some of their favourite spots in Sayulita with us! 'Really great spot that is walking distance to town. A lot quieter and less busy than downtown. fantastic pool. Noisy neighbours (barn animals) so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The space has everything you need. '

'When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. The place was very clean, the host Coco was available and helpful, the property manager Miguel fixed minor issues quickly, a cleaner came by every couple of days. The pool...

'Great base camp in Sayulita for a few days or a month. Easy walk to town, but be prepared for the last little steep climb up to the house. It was awesome waking up to the sounds of birds and watching the thunder storm from the patio was amazing! Kevin is an a fantastic host and gave us a golf cart tour of the Pueblo mágico pointing out his favorite spots. '

'We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). 'This place was awesome! You are staying in a neighborhood. The views are of the mexican neighborhood nothing great! We truly loved our view though. If you want beautiful views this place is not for you. If you want to be in a true neighborhood with friendly people everywhere this is for you. We will definitely be back. 'The unit was right next to noisy washer & dryer that seemed to be being used a lot. Ants on kitchen counter. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had great heat. Location was pretty good'
