The house is mid century decorated for 2 bedrooms 2 baths. The kitchen has cooking utensils for you to prepare a meal. Safe neighborhood and private entrance with driveway parking! Owner is living the other side of the house but won’t share the entrance or front yard with you.

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.

2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
