'The place is kind of new in a secured area, plus the own appartement has an extra security system. The appartement was clean, and communication was great with the host, always quick answers and friendly. There is a nice quiet pool with washrooms, playground, green area where you can walk. If you are staying here, you might need a car to be able to move as it is around 15min from the beach, and there is a sweage smeel outside.'

'We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. 'My partner and I visited Sayulita for a few days and stayed at Casita #4. This was our 5th time visiting Sayulita and easily our favorite rental. The casita’s layout is perfect for a couple. Plenty of space, good air conditioning, a comfortable bed and couch, reliable WiFi, and amazing artwork throughout. The pool is the cherry on top. Perfect temperature and very private. As others have said, the house is atop a pretty steep hill. Our Uber struggled on the way up, but we had no problem walking...
