'Shuttle transportation to and from the airport ran like clockwork. '

'I was disappointed about the front desk staffing. When I came to checkout, I could not process my account items notwithstanding waiting for 15 minutes (nobody ahead of me) for the staff member to get off the phone. It was 6:30 a.m. and there was only one person at reception who was constantly in the back office and on the phone (repeated calls). Accordingly, because I needed to get to my flight, I could not do an orderly checkout. Really disappointing.'

'Excellent property. Very clean, convenient and great for families. Room was spacious. We are a family of four and the room did not feel cramped. Pasadena location is kind of in the middle of the city to drive to different locations. LA is huge so it helped to be anround 1hr drive of all the locations we were visiting. Overall wonderful property and will definitely consider again if in LA. '
