'Er kwam rioollucht uit de wasbank als je die ging gebruiken. Dekbed was kapot en niet in hoes, kranen zaten vol met kalkaanslag, en onhandig een open douche, gordijnen/rails kapot. Zelfde ontbijt elke dag!'

'Fijn hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden, met een prettig zwembad en een verzorgd ontbijt met zowel zoete als hartige opties. De ligging is wat buiten het centrum van Catania, maar voor ons was dat geen probleem omdat we het hotel als uitvalsbasis gebruikten voor uitstapjes op Sicilië. Met een huurauto is het een uitstekende keuze; parkeren kon meestal op het terrein van het hotel of anders gemakkelijk in de straat. Zeker een aanrader voor wie rust...

'I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding. 'Geen hotel waardig,buitenkant zeer vuil.binnenkoer waar ont terras op uitkeek zeer vuil,airco in de kamer koelde niet,was enkel fan,meerdere malen gemeld,ontbijt eentonig,personeel zeer onvriendelijk en spreken geen woord engels.de enige vriendelijke was Alfredo aan de receptie,die man in de eetzaal onvriendelijk,13 nachten gebleven maar nooit een goede dag gekregen,dit noem ik geen hotel maar een stal'

'Clea room, great service and friendly staff'

'A very great place to stay, not too far from the town. The rooms and the living area are cosy, a mix between an old building and a recent one. The check-in was interesresting, almost like a escape room, in order to find our way to our rooms. I had three rooms, so we needed to search a little bit, which keys were unlocking which doors, but this is a very small detail in the overall journey. A warthful welcome from the staff on breakfast, I recommend that place. '
