'Very quiet beach and general area! Absolutely no fight for chairs . Enjoyed the available food ,bar and music thurs Fri, sat and sun. The pool is beautiful large and clean . Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .'

There are different apartment areas in the resort and for our stay during Carnavales we found the Villas Residences to be the most peaceful. The apartment was fully stacked with everything that you would need for a longer vacation stay for a family. 'The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks. 'My wife and I just spent 4 weeks at Amy’s wonderful condo. This spacious unit has two bedrooms and two washrooms, including a large ensuite. The kitchen has everything you could need, including an expresso coffee machine, a great blender for smoothies and drinks, and a BBQ on the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean. 'Great location, steps away from the beach. Wished the check in process was smoother. We had stayed at a different apartment a few months earlier and had no problem checking in. At this time we were told that only 4 people were allowed at a time at the pool area, however, we saw families of up to 6 people including kids at the pool and no one questioned them.'

'Don’t even know where to begin. Exceptional experience from communicating with Craig to their beautiful condo that feels like you were meant to live there. The facility is very secure and very well-maintained. The beach is perfect and it’s literally right in front of where you stay. The beach bar is wonderful.
