Flats in Panama

'This is a beautiful, new two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a large city park. The views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful. There is a good pizza restaurant next door, and other good dining options nearby. Very central and great for walking around Boquete. A quiet building and most enjoyable except for some very loud musical events on the weekends, but likely the entire town would have the same degree of noise. The kitchen was mostly well-equipped, but could use a...

'Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again.'

'The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains. The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

'We had a wonderful 5 week stay at this oceanfront condo in Río Mar. The unit was spotless, bright, and spacious, and had an incredible view—watching the sunrise from the balcony was a great start to each day! The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pools were fantastic for relaxing throughout the day. There’s also a small on‑site restaurant that was good and very convenient. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive from Coronado, so having a car is definitely helpful, but the...

'The actual condo was good with great view and was clean, but the outside of the building and amenities need a lot of work. The outside almost looks like an abandoned building. The location is fantastic and an easy walk to Isla Perico. This building could be fantastic if a new owner took over and brought it up to par. Esteban was great and really did his best to make us happy. Very nice condo and would consider it again especially if the outside is fixed.'

'From our first conversation, Roxana was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. Her suite was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Great location on the beach!'
