'The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

'This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

'Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. "Het is echt een meer dan prachtig hotel van binnen, fantastische kamers, er is echt over nagedacht! Heerlijke bedden en een hele goede douche. Wat wel wat tegenviel is dat eigenlijk alles binnen is. Ik begrijp niet helemaal waarom ze niet een terras maken aan de voorkant..ook bij het zwembad is geen bar en let op, alleen in de ochtend zon (we waren in april). Ook de speakeasy was helaas dicht. Aan de overkant van hotel zitten wel paar leuke terrassen. De fitness ruimte daarentegen was wel van hoog niveau. Erg mooi. Echt wel heel fijn hotel om te verblijven met paar kanttekeningen."
