This is a 3 star property, with better service than any 5 star service, resort we have gone to! It’s not boujee but, it is nice and very clean! The staff is what makes this property, priceless!

The cactus garden in the middle of the hotel was just beautiful. It was nesting season and we saw so many birds that nest there. Woodpeckers and cactus wrens same as Orioles.

La comida despues de las 6pm es muy mala postres y toda la comida en general sin sabor y de mala calidad y el servicio del restaurante pesimo una señora diciendole al cocinero enfrente de los clientes que era mucho que no les de tanta comida bueno pesimo el servicio y falta de etica profesional

The hotel was nice. We liked that it was peaceful and the amenities were nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was a sale person always trying to get us to visit another property. We later learned this other “property” was a timeshare. The lady would not leave us alone and we had to always avoid the front desk. She started to make our stay feel uncomfortable.

We liked the staff and the breakfast buffet option. This resort really needs to invest in new mattresses and comfortable pillows. Small, lumpy balls of foam and springs in my hip. Hotels are all about rest. A mattress from this decade is recommended. They keep the place clean and you can’t beat the price. Can’t return though because of the mattress.

En servicio de bebidas y restauran de la alberca muy mal ,mala actitud de la señora cocinera del restauran de alberca y personal de meseros no se dan abasto les falta personal ,el bartender ismael muy bien y un chico con buena actitud no se su nombre los demas mal servicio . restaurant de lobby todo lo contrario muy bien y bartender del bar del lobby muy buenas las bebidas preparadas exelente la ubicacion del hotel lo mejor y en general muy tranquulo

The staff was pushy and wanted us to attend time share seminars. Once we said no, the lady said to at least give her $10 US dollars. A safe is usually one of the amenities that are included with the room but here, we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use it. Staff was not friendly and always had an attitude.

This place was noisy, the bed was like a rock, the staff wasn’t very friendly, the food and drinks were not good, and we felt unsafe as there were noisy fights going on around our room. We left early and would not recommend.

This place is not as advertised, the entire building is old, run down and out dated. There isn’t an elevator, the rooms don’t have locks and the mattress are atrocious. The pool isn’t clean and has tiles falling off. Please do not stay here. You’ll definitely get bedbugs 😳😵‍💫

I really like the location. What I disliked was the room that we’re given to me was very outdated, unpleasant smell, bedding was old and stained. Matress was stained and torn too. The sink was clogged. To top it off, the lock on the door was broken, so I didn’t feel safe either. My experience was so unpleasant that I checked out immediately after arriving to the room. I was extremely disappointed because I booked this place for two nights because it has 4 stars and an 8.0 rating, but honestly that was not my experience. When I went to the front desk to ask for a solution they didn’t offer one and refused to refund me when I explained that the room was unsanitary and not safe. I ended up leaving and finding a different last minute place. Which was an extreme inconvenience and spent way more unexpected money. But I just couldn’t stay and enjoy my vacation under such circumstances. Sadly, I am not exaggerating one bit, I have pictures to prove it. I don’t know why it has been given those rates.

Only stayed here for one night while passing through. It was a good place to holdover for a night or two but I would not recommend making this your main destination. Limited dining, one bar. One very cold pool and hot tub. Limited amenities. Staff were friendly and room was clean just a bit outdated.

I like the small size of the property. Had some electrical issues in our room. As in most outlets did not work. This is the third time we stayed there. Food use to be better especially at the snack bar. Use to love the onoin rings. Ordered them 3 times while we ere there. 2 out of 3 times they were so soggy

The property was all we expected. We have stayed there 3 times in the last 2 years and the facilities are very good. Excellent value for money. Easy walk to restautants and shopping. Front desk people were very good, especially Danya who was very very helpful in getting our internet working. Would definately recommend to others.

Very cute place with great beachfront! I think this is one of the older hotels in the area, but we had a very nice stay. The staff are amazing and the pool and beach area are great. We did the all inclusive option which made everything very easy! Comfortable and clean, food was tasty.
