The building was run down and everything was dirty. From the moment we walked in the floor, bed, celing and bathroom were dirty. It did not meet our expectations. 'This was our fourth time staying at Lively Beach, and as always, we had a great time. The facilities were properly maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. '

'The hot tub was broke, and I didn't use the pool. My only complaint is that there was no in house person to take any problems to. We had a bathroom cabinet with a broken hinge, and the drain in the master bath was very slow draining. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go again for that room and that view! It is awesome.
