'House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. '

'This stay was a wonderful experience! We spent Christmas at Gloria's house and it was perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the well-maintained trail down to the river from the house, and visited the Blue Falls - highly recommend for those able to manage some stairs and elevation. We had a couple dinners cooked by the neighbors and they were delicious. Yadi and her family are very kind, and invited the kids to see their newborn calf. We enjoyed listening...

'Thank you Adrian. You have a beautiful home with such a lovely view and we were surrounded by big blooming hydrangeas. We really enjoyed our stay. We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. And of course loved our visits from mani and duke, the resident pups!! A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. '

'The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Push on lights were placed over the stove to give better light there as the kitchen is also dark. Walking into town takes about 10 mins and is an easy and nice walk. People very friendly.
