Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.'

'While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!'

'The apartment is at the top of a hill that is steep.. You drive up it and take a right at the top into an alley that has 4 spots for cars. Walking up and down the road(High Street) is challenging because the incline is steep. At the bottom of the hill is a transit station for free bus service. 'The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!'
