The room was not as advertised. It was outdated and had a strong smell of mold and mildew, despite the listing clearly stating and showing a newly renovated space. The drapes and bed linens appeared dirty, and the chair was visibly stained.
When I brought these issues to PMI staff, my concerns were completely disregarded. Instead of resolving the situation by providing a room that matched the advertised standard, they canceled my reservation altogether. This left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute—on my wedding day, no less. The lack of accountability and customer care made an already stressful day even worse.
