Deze studio heeft een koele, lichte sfeer en een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de 15e verdieping. A / C-unit koelt de hele plaats. Gratis high speed internet WiFi, gratis parkeren op het terrein, 1 comfortabel queensize bed, 2 hoogwaardige opblaasbare twinmatrassen, gezinsvriendelijk zwembad met directe toegang tot het strand, volledig uitgeruste keuken, strijkijzer, föhn, strandlakens, alle cheques in benodigdheden in de badkamer, 24 uur inchecken, 24 uur vriendelijk beveiligingspersoneel op het terrein en 5 liften.
Het is meer dan 450 vierkante meter aan leefruimte en biedt comfortabel plaats aan koppels, individuele reizigers, zakenreizigers en koppels met kinderen. Als je een grotere groep hebt, houd er dan rekening mee dat ik andere appartementen in een ander complex heb, op korte loopafstand in de omgeving met vergelijkbare voorzieningen en uitzicht op de oceaan.
Kamer beschikt over een queensize bed, airconditioning, fris wit beddengoed, nachtkastjes met led-verlichting op elk bed en een balkon met een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan. Twee hoogwaardige opblaasbare matrassen zijn voorzien van linnengoed en worden geleverd met geïntegreerde pomp voor grotere groepen en gezinnen.
De badkamer is privé en bevat alle benodigdheden voor uw eerste overnachting - verse badhanddoeken voor maximaal 4 personen, föhn, zeep, strijkijzer, zeep, shampoo en conditioner. Er is privacy op de douche / toilet vanuit de kamer.
Het balkon kijkt uit op het noorden, waar het uitzicht op de oceaan en de bries u zullen ontspannen terwijl u zit, tv kijkt of slaapt op de leren bank. Voor de bank is een 32-inch lcd-tv die aan de muur zweeft uitgerust om gratis van films en tv-shows te genieten, inclusief volledige toegang tot Netflix TV. Eettafel met 4 grote stevige stoelen. Voor degenen die van de frisse lucht houden, kunt u de balkondeur openen om u door de zeebries te laten afkoelen.
De schone functionele kitchenette is volledig uitgerust met elektrisch fornuis, oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, kookgerei, Brita waterfiltratiewaterkoker, koelkast, vriezer, ijs, kopjes, wijnglazen, borden, eetgerei, flesopener en wijnopener.
Als u de keuken binnenkomt, vindt u 1 FOB om toegang te krijgen tot de lobby en om de parkeergarage voor uw huurauto te openen in het flatgebouw, tourbrochures, kaarten en tijdschriften. We hebben een appartement met 2 slaapkamers naast de deur voor het geval u meer gasten aan uw reis moet toevoegen.

I b really enjoy eight days of waking up to the beautiful ocean view having my coffe sitting in balcony beach acess iam a beach bum lol the studio comfortable clean quite close to all entertainment casinos restaurants no need for a car a kitchen to make my breakfasst i eat out but not all the times a stove a plus overall had a fun relaxing vacacioni will go back soon !!

Crap hole

I was quite disappointed in the accommodations.the unit was very run down and in disrepair. Many of the lights did not work. Paint was chipping off the walls.the door to the balcony didn’t really open or shut completely. The oven did not work. There wasn’t a top sheet on the bed. There wasn’t extra bedding for the pull out couch bed. There were plenty of bath towels, only one wash cloth and one kitchen towel. There were no hand towels at all. The refrigerator and freezer would drip water and paint debris onto my food. There were really old extension cords strewn everywhere. The pictures on the wall were broken. The towel hook by the kitchen sink was falling off of the wall. The plastic accordion door to the bathroom didn’t close completely. The coolers and beach chairs were just piled up in a corner of the room. On my next trip I will make sure to not rent from any of your properties.

My Stay

The communication with the host was good when I told him about the glass sliding door, not working correctly, it got fixed the next day. Unfortunately, the host has no stove and the microwave didn't work. Just an extra added expense of eating out everyday. Water pressure and temperature for a shower was disappointing. Otherwise, great view, great location and convenience.

Property management was great!

The property management group Capital Jetset was fantastic. Easy check-in, great communication that was professional and friendly.The apartment's Coral Beach location is convenient to everything, direct beach access, full service grocery store, pharmacy, etc.The apartment was comfortable but the kitchen was lacking basics, no dish drainer, no tea towels, no large pasta pot , no large frying pan, etc. Oven was not working. Freezer was leaking into the refrigerator.Plus side, plenty of beach towels, 2 beach chairs and two coolers. Boogie boards, goggles, sand buckets for kids.

Not as expected

First, the lock was hard to open, the hallway was very dark, couldn’t read the door instructions in the dark were it was very hot to focus Second, the refrigerator appearance was Aweful, we were afraid to see how it looked inside. Third, the tv reception was aweful, the channels kept on buffering, we did the instructions to reboot the router but no luck. Fourth, there was no tray in the shower to lay down the soap, we had to buy a soap tray to lay it on the floor, we’re in our 60s and that was not comfortable.. Fifth the curtains could not open or close. But overall we got use to it and enjoyed our stay at Puerto Rico..

Area was good - been on that strip before so I felt comfortable, because we were familiar with the area -we arrived at 1pm - we couldn't get in the room early to change an head out - no response, so we headed to the beach and ate some lunch. Room is dated - but if you're looking for a place to crash - it will work. We had a few blackouts the last night was the worst - we lost power at 11PM and it never came back on so the following day we packed up at 8am and left - way too hot on the 15th fl with no power. Things could be updated - my husband likes TV and this was small for 2024 cmon upgrade the TV - but it worked like I said for a quick stay!! - outside area was a plus - pool was great and right off the beach - the staff were great too!

Great location, the apartment wasn’t clean. Dishes was dirty, dust everywhere. The place needs an upgrade. Especially the bathroom area. The patio area was full of bird poop, the sun chairs and cooler was bird poop. When we got there the door to the patio was broken and fridge was leaking. No hangers to hang up clothes. Furniture is out dated. We were very excited about our vocation, had a great time.

Perfect Island Getaway

I stayed here alone and it was perfect for one person. I am sure it would have been fine with one or two more, but I loved that it wasn't a huge space for just me. The location is perfect and they aren't kidding when they say that the beach is just steps away. I felt completely safe in the complex and even met a few residents which was lovely. The unit had dishes, utensils, and some basic pots/pans which made it convenient to cook some of my meals. The electronic door lock didn't work when I checked in so I appreciated having the physical key as back up. The host had great communication and was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Previous reviews complained about the AC shooting air at the bed, but I believe that was a different AC and the new one is wonderful. It kept the unit cool. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the unit or hosts, was that the one day that I spent most of the day in the unit there was some sort of work going on above so there was drilling, hammering, and other noises for a good chunk of the day, but again, that is no fault of the unit or the hosts. I only mention it so others are aware that there may be sounds because it is a multi-unit building with neighbors.

Short stay in a complex we have stayed at often

We enjoy this property and try to stay at condos here when we are in PR. Pool, playground and beach are easily accessible,airport is close,and lots to do in the area. The comdo itself was great for our small family, for a quick turn around to our initial booking as we added extra days to our trip. We found this condo just as the photos, and great for the price.

El área de cocina: Las ollas llenas de grasa, lave una y el Teflón estaba rayado. Así que no la usé. La vajilla sucia. Los gabinetes con humedad. Los enseres eléctricos sucios con polvo y grasa igualmente la estufa. Tuve que ir al CVC y comprar un sartén. Había líquido de fregar, esponja nueva, papel toalla y bolsas de basura eso estuvo bien. La nevera limpia y enfriaba bien.La habitación: Las gavetas estaban con humedad y olían mal.Por lo que no utilice ninguna para colocar mis pertenencias. El aire acondicionado:Estaba sucio por lo tanto nos dió alergia.En la parte del balcón tiene un cubo que recoge el agua y estaba tan lleno que se desbordó y el balconcito se llenó de agua.Enfriaba bien, pero entiendo que requiere mantenimiento.Las toallas: Estaban limpias, pero no secan bien se usaron solo una vez. Tuve que ir a comprar toallas. El sofá:Los cojines estaban sucios y olían mal. La cama y el sofá no eran los más cómodos. Las sábanas estaban limpias. El baño:Estaba limpio. Tenía papel higiénico, shampoo, conditioner y gel de baño. El lavamanos tenía kleenex, jabón de manos y toallas pequeñas. Las facilidades.La localización espectacular.Las áreas comunes estaban limpias y servían.La piscina desde el apartamento se veía limpia y grande.Lamentablemente no pudimos utilizarla pues una persona hizo sus necesidades y había escremento y la cerraron. En el apartamento deben de cambiar varias cosas y supervisar la limpieza, ya que tienen la mejor playa y localización envidiable.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in PR. This location was perfect! The beach, steps away, is amazing. Soft sand. The vendors on the beach are wonderful. The location is prime. Close to stores, restaurants, and bars. Our only complaint is the key pad didn’t work upon checkin. We messaged the property owners twice about this and it never got fixed. We had to carry the physical key with us all week- which was not ideal. However, I don’t want to remove stars because everything else was great. The complex is quiet and safe as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
