'Goed personeel '

'We stopped in Puntarenas on our way back from the west coast to San Juan. Unless you are curious to see all of Costa Rica, there is not much at all in this area. It's a filthy, poor area with little to offer, even though it is so close to the beach. The hotel is kind of old and tired with an unclean looking pool. Food is mediocre at best. We had a suite in the newly build tower, supposedly with a view over the marina. No view unless you stand on the balcony. We asked for a different room but got...

'Old property, not up kept. Very little in room amenities; 2 bath towels, 1 bar of soap, no hand towels or wash cloths. Room AC units very an-equated. For the price, this property doesn’t match.'

'Frente al mar una ubicación excelente, gente amable sería bueno que también ofrecieran cena en el restaurante y ofrecer más menú de desayuno. Mi humilde opinión.'
