'Testing practicality of Tiny House'

'This tree-house is a must if you haven't stayed in tree-houses before. We arrived very late in the night but the host graciously waited for our arrivals and also helped with our bags up the staircases. The bathroom door is loose and due to the natural slant of the tree house, doesnt close properly but everything else was perfect. The location is great - the Pismo beach boardwalk isn't far. It's a great place to stop at, if you are driving down from SF to LA. '

'Great location and adorable home. Would have liked to see a few more items for cooking like a spatula and salt/pepper. And more hooks in the home would have been better since it’s a tiny home. The bed was comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. Only other suggestion is to have a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. '

'We had a wonderful day at this Avila Beach apartment! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Had great pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The air conditioner and fans work great. Nice bathroom and shower. The king size bed is really comfortable. Our teenage boys say the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing, but sofa beds rarely are! We love being able to walk into the town and the sunset views from the deck were lovely! We look forward to returning!'
