10/10 Bryan checked us in Ian was our nighttime bartender and Nate was our morning bartender. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING!! I felt so safe and had the best time the whole time. Food was good and the people were great.

We really appreciated the communication between the resort before we even arrived. They took care of everything for us that we could need.While we were there they referred us to the best excursions. Every one in the office was helpful however we mainly dealt with Bryan who was extremely kind. Our condo had an amazing view and had everything we needed stocked in it. Very comfortable with balconies and a hammock. If you can not tell I would highly recommend Tres Cocos Resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Tres Cocos. It is in a very convenient location for excursions via water taxi/boat as well as trips to Secret Beach, with an added bonus that the location is also quiet and relaxed. Our rooms were beautiful and clean and the view of the water is amazing. Easy communication with the owners for check in and check out. There is a restaurant on site, over the water restaurant just down the beach, as well as the Farmhouse roadside stand nearby for breakfast and their market for groceries in easy walking distance. Would recommend Tres Cocos Resort to anyone!

The floors in the room were dirty and disgusting. The dirt walkways did not help. The door matts outside were too thick to open and close door while no door Matt’s inside. The sofa was dirty as were much of the countertop.

5/5 stars. There was not one thing that remotely upset me with this resort. Firstly: we were delayed at the airport due to flights. The office normally closes at 6 and we arrived between 7:30-8. They carried our bags up to our suite (ocean view, steps from the water with ZERO obstructions) gave us a welcome drink and then a quick tour of the property as well as a full tour of our room. Secondly: the suite was perfect, clean, large came stocked with a water cooler and plenty of towels, massive tv in the living room as well as one in the bedroom. Thirdly: the property was immaculate, the restaurant on site had amazing food, plenty of parking for golf carts, plenty of space around the pool, and perfectly landscaped. All in all, it’s hard to compete when you move onwards to your next destination once you leave here, they’ve set the bar high. Would recommend and will definitely return.

The property is very well managed, staff is very helpful and always answering / responding to inquiries. Not only the rooms were amazing, it was actually an apartment with two rooms, living room, dining table, full kitchen, two bathrooms, three different AC units for each area, but the staff helped us booking our tours, rent a cart, advised on places to eat, hang out, visit etc. The place has everything one would need: pool, beach with chairs, access to the sea, restaurants close by, one on site. Did I mention the washer and drier that we had in our unit? Very happy we stayed here, we definitely will come again!

Great vacation
Had a fantastic time at Tres Cocos, James did a great job from communicating once we booked all through out stay. He met us at the check-in and had our luggage moved to our room. We stayed 11 days and every time we texted him, he responded within minutes. We have never had such great service in all our years of traveling. The food at the Dog House was equally good and was a frequent stop for us. The pool area was always clean and inviting and the water was cleaned of critters and debris regularly. Overall we cannot say enough good things about the resort. It also helps that 303 is a 2 minute walk, we really enjoyed there as well. The other nice thing is the location, we like being on the North side of the bridge, much less bumps running around and some of the best food and spots to visit are on the North end. We highly recommend Tres Cocos, you will enjoy your stay as we did. Until next time.

The staff was very accommodating and the resort was very nice but no one could go on the beach and swim or snorkel. The golf carts are terrible- no suspension and the road was not paved and really full of pot holes. So instead of enjoying our stay, my back is in SERIOUS pain. Also the air port is horrible ! Unfortunately this was a very painful experience and very costly. Not ever going back

I am sorry that the outside company you rented the golf cart from provided a cart with unsatisfactory suspension, especially for the unpaved roads further out of town. This is not the case for all cart companies, as there are many options. Belize, while it is still developing its infrastructure, has so much to offer that you hope you give our country another chance.

Nice location, close proximity to town via golf cart. Extremely friendly staff that quickly responds to your needs. Nice pool, great on site restaurant/bar. Close to 303 restaurant/bar. Each unit is owned by different owners so each is in different levels of updating. My single room unit was the least updated but still clean, with a comfortable bed, kitchen, Wi-Fi & large smart TV. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced resort with top notch service!

I loved Everything!! Brian in the office helped us with changing flights, drinks for our rooms, golf cart etc. The rooms are great! The view is beautiful and the grounds are raked daily!! The Doghouse staff has become party of our family. Nate and Riggi will spoil you. Excellent breakfast( I love the Fry Jacks and French Toast) and fresh juice. Try the Passionfruit. It’s not super fancy but who needs that anyway!

The unit that we rented was nicer than the pictures. The winner was the front desk guy, who was so nice and so helpful. Liked that the bar closed at 10pm and it was quiet after that.

When I picked Tres Cocos, it was because they would take our dog! I was very happy that it turned out ot be a beautiful place to stay and in a wonderful location. We were right on a beach that they cleaned daily and had a nice bar/resturant onsite just a few steps away from our door- The Doghouse! Tres Cocos is located on the North side of the bridge and is an easy golf cart (that we arranged through the hotel) ride to everywhere. We were able to get to Secret Beach and San Pedro town easily! The staff was wonderful- a shout out to Brian who helped with anything we needed and is truly a kind human being! Each place is a condo and so they are all a little different- we were very happy with 101- it was a well done and comfortable\ one bedroom. The communication was outstanding on Whatsapp.We loved our vacation time!

I'll start with the two things that stood out most: the staff and sunrises. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Every single person we encountered, from the front desk to the grounds keepers, made us feel welcome. Second, we were treated to amazing sunrises almost every morning from our front balcony. If you have the choice, try to stay in a unit facing the water. If not, go out to the beach one morning to experience it. Aside from this, the property is in a great location right outside of town but very convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc. You can easily walk to the sports bar on site (Dog House) and 303 Belize (over the water), but there are several others within 5 minutes via golf cart, or a little longer on foot. There's a private beach that was swimmable in December, and although there's a seawall around most of the water, there's also a smaller area with walk-in access.

The staff at Tres Cocos was so friendly and helpful. Brian helped us all weekend and really made our experience wonderful. The on site bar also had great bartenders who gave us dining recommendations and great drinks! The room itself was amazing- I loved the hammock on the balcony, where my family could find me every morning with my coffee! The room was clean and spacious, and overall we had a fantastic experience at Tres Cocos!

The manager for this property was amazing! He was very helpful in arranging flights, transportation to and from locations, and even my COVID test. For the price; however, my rental unit was a bit run down. The kitchen cabinet drawers stuck, the furniture was a bit worn and resembled an outdoor sofa and chairs. And, while it was on the water, there was an overwhelming smell of sea grasses being washed in. This is certainly not the fault of the property, but it greatly impacted my stay.

Thank you for your kind remarks about our staff. As for the condo itself, we will let the condo owner (all of the condos are individually owned) know of these issues as we are always looking to make improvements. Unfortunately it is very difficult to predict when the seagrass is coming in so we do what we can to mitigate the impact.

Wonderful place to stay!
This was our first time to Belize and our stay at Tres Cocos Resort was wonderful. From the minute we arrived, and even before, James and his staff were incredible. They helped us with anything and everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and were just so nice and helpful. Our room/condo was immaculate and having a kitchen was wonderful. We would highly recommend Tres Cocos and will be back I am sure.
