'We had a really good stay, the location was amazing literally a minute walk from the main square of Carloforte. Although the street is unaccessible with car, the parking is not far from the house and easily reachable. Little things to improve and this is the perfect place to stay.'

'We had a brilliant vacation at Carloforte. The appartment is located directly in the heart of Carloforte. Everything is in walking distance. Many nice restarants and bars. In the evening you can see and feel the life and the soul of the town. The appartment is beautiful. You can find everything in the appartmnet you need. There is even a small balcony. Also we had a very warm welcome. Thank you so much. We will return!'

'Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

'Hôtes très accueillants et très sympathiques, petit déjeuner très copieux , très bon. Emplacement au calme ,très propre ,voiture nécessaire . Une climatisation de l’appartement aurait été bienvenue. Sinon c’était parfait.'

'Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e abbiamo dormito solo una notte, peccato perchè la struttura e il paesaggio intorno merita un po piu di tempo. Il proprietario è davvero disponibile, gentile e un vero amante della natura. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremo di sicuro. '

A great place, under the pine trees

"Really everything fantastic, especially the very warm welcome and the nice contact with Graziella and family. The villa is super and with a very good kitchen with all amenities. The very large and very well maintained garden with pine trees is completely great and very private. In the evening we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with large grill and the outdoor dining under the trees and the peace and quiet . During the day you can walk straight through the backyard to the beach, very special. The village of Porto Pino is very charming and the extensive beach of Porto Pino is just really great. We stayed there for 10 days in October and will definitely come back!"
