"Uitstekend hotel. Locatie is zeer centraal. Met als traktatie de kabeltram voor de deur. Kamer was klein maar functioneel en ook schoon. Leuke bekomstigheid in de lobby was gratis thee, koffie, water, koekjes, appels en ‘s avonds zelfs popcorn. Zelf 1 dag de auto geparkeerd. Dit ging via het hotel en was op loopafstand (valet-parking). Hotel is zeker een aanrader. "

"In- en uitchecken verliep snel. Vriendelijk personeel en ruime nette kamers. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. "

"Op de kamer was de douche kapot. Bij ontvangst niet hartelijk ontvangen. Lange rijen voor alle service in het hotel en personeel die de taal niet spreekt. Housekeeping was wel erg goed. Hotel werdt ook gebruikt als toeristische attractie waardoor het soms moeilijk in en uit het hotel komen was. Geen persoonlijke service. "

"Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax. Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square. Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion. Overall I would say 4,5 out of 5 stars. Good value for money, especially considering the location."
