Nice and beautiful hotel. At check-in time my room wasn’t ready yet, so they gave me a free upgrade to the executive room. Metro and tram station in front of the hotel. Staff was really kind as well. Breakfast options were good. Lot of variety and as a plant-based eater I had enough vegan options too. Highly recommended.

This hotel-is definitely one of my favourite ones! The most friendly staff and very helpful. Restaurant was excellent and location could not have been better.

Heerlijke binnentuin.

Great new hotel in lively area near the center of Milan. Public transport nearby. Great friendly staff, beautiful comfortabel and clean rooms.

Mooie moderne kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt

Wonderful 5-star hotel, super service focussed staff, very nice rooms, well equipped, and the restaurant serves an original menu. The fitness room might need a make-over? Lat but not least: the city of Milan should consider to renew all tram carriages (nrs 12 and 14 heading for ‘Duomo’)

Unique hotel which provides a special experience. Former parfum factory and this theme comes back in the room. Good restaurant but during an event the service level and food quality dropped far below par. Restaurant staff didn t do much about our complaint, but reception staff solved the issue and cancelled the bill. End good, all good.

Good!

Fijn hotel nabij Milano Centrale. Diverse restaurants in de directe omgeving
