'Great Hotel! Super friendly staff - helpfull and always available. Very clean - general area's and rooms - spotless. The roof terras is a great place to relax and the jacusi is great - our 9 year old liked it at the end of the day to do something fun before going to have diner. 'The spa rooms were a great way to relax before our international flight the next morning. We had a wonderful time and the food options were a great perk so we didn’t need to leave. The only downside was that the pools, lunch and aperitivo hour were overrun with people coming in with the day passes, this seems to be a consistent concern with other reviews. '
