'Wunderschöne Anlage, eine ehemalige Mühle, aber jetzt fast ein Märchenschloss. Bei über 30° war der Abstecher vom Camino den Berg hinauf nicht ganz leicht, aber es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Bad im kühlen Pool kann man wahrscheinlich nur an wenigen Tagen im Jahr so sehr genießen. Sehr gutes 3 Gänge-Menue am Abend, preislich etwas gehoben, aber das war es wert.'

'After a long cold and rainy day on the Camino, Manuel picked us up in town. This was a life saver as we were so wet and cold from the walk. Upon arrival there was a welcoming fire and coffee and cookies. We felt right at home. We were the only guest so we were able to enjoy the family room by the fire all evening.
