'The hotel doesn't have a own parking, the location is so/so and the outside of the hotel looks like there's nothing to it but don't judge this book by it's cover. The rooms and beds are amazing. You sleep sound, like sleeping beauty and the staff is very kind and friendly. Definitely a place where I would wanna go back.'

'We arrived late from the Shetland Ferry. Instructions to get in were clear. We had a private room but no towels, they were complimentary but had to be provided for by staff and upon arrival there was no staff… so we could not shower in the evening. All was clean and working well. Room was clean and effective - but could be made more friendly by just putting up some pictures or Orkney fotos.. that would really make a difference.
