'Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us...

'The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10...
