'The room was very nice and clean. Welcome winehour was a nice gesture. Staff very helpful. Some of the hotel could use updating, like the game room and pool. An outside shower at the pool would have been perfect. '

After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose to stay at Zermatt. '

'Zeer mooie locatie, mooie omgeving, goed onderhouden tuin. Personeel vriendelijk, aangenaam buiten ontbijten en dineren. Zowel ontbijt als 's middags een buffet was in de prijs inbegrepen.Van de spa accommodaties hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. De kamer was weliswaar de kleinste van een drieweekse vakantie in Arizona en Utah.'
