'When attempting to retrieve the keys from the automated Keysafe, the code provided did not work. I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. Once I was able to actually speak with a person, she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and was able to remotely unlock a box with keys. 'We absolutely loved staying here! It was my fiancé and I and my 3 teens, age 19,16,13. Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower which was amazing and the entire condo had more than enough room for all of us to hang out and enjoy! The kitchen was big and open enough for us all to prepare meals together, and there was an island with 5 bar stools for us to sit and enjoy our dinner together. 'The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.'
