Located directly across from the beach in the coveted Butterknife community, guests will appreciate a deeded beach access and community pool that they can access.



The Space:

This home is located in the highly coveted and selective Butterknife community. Gated with a community pool, deeded beach access less than 500 feet from your front door, and fewer than 20 homes- guests will appreciate the prestige and privacy that this community affords its residents. The home itself features five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The five bedrooms are configured as follows- Primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with an enormous walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The primary bedroom also features en-suite access to a two story deck with spiral staircase. Views from the top of the deck are absolutely stunning. The guest bedrooms feature queen beds with the exception of the fourth guest bedroom which features a full sized swing bed. This bedroom is perfect for kids. Two of the guest bedrooms share access to a bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower while the other two share access to a bathroom with tub, shower, and single vanity.

Getting Around:

We recommend a golf cart or bikes to get around the island. Rentals cars are recommended for those groups that want to explore Fort Myers or neighboring communities.



Other Things to Note:

Rollaway beds available at additional fee. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace.
