'My family loved this stay. Just minutes walk to the beach, and we went everyday. We also enjoyed the pool each day! Everything in the house was clearly labeled so we had no issues knowing how to use everything. '

'We have a wonderful vacation. This is our 12th year coming to Sanibel and this was one of the better vacation homes / experiences we had. The location, right on the beach is perfect. The views are to die for! The host, Jim, is an amazing person and super helpful. We had everything we needed to make a perfect, restful vacation. We’d recommend Jim and this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. '

'The location of the condo is great! Premium ocean frontage with easy access to the beach! Close to many restaurants and bars. Traffic was light at this time of year so it was easy to get onto and off the island.The condo was very clean! I’m particular about cleanliness and I was very satisfied! The decor was delightful, tasteful Florida beach vibe!The spacious condo, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, was easy to access. 'Only downside, having to get to the other bedroom through the first bedroom or going outside to enter second bedroom. King bed was not comfortable. Too hard for me and had a hump in the middle. Okay if you like a firm mattress.'

'Enjoyed the closeness of the beach then relaxing in our little cottage that was clean and comfortable. We drove to some restaurants but could have easily walked to others. I did have some confusion as to how to make the payments. In all my past bookings through Vrbo, they took care of the payments, using my credit card. This my misunderstanding. It all worked out fine as I worked through the owner of the property. '
