'Absolutely lovely hotel. My family was very comfortable and loved the beach. The entire hotel and room was well taken care of, clean and new. They could use more staff at the Tiki bar during busy times as during busy times the staff was visibility overwhelmed. A great family vacation and we would definitely return. '

'The floors of our room were filthy, and all the cushions of the couches and chairs were stained. We asked for extra sheets and put those over the couch before sitting or it. Floors were never mopped and there were dust bunnies in all the corners. Kitchen was ok, but non stick pans were heavily scratched so we couldn’t use them. Can’t beat the beach view and the overall atmosphere of Captiva island. The accommodations by south seas were not up to par with what some other HOAs in south seas island...
