'The location is great. You can walk by the beach directly from the elevators. We asked for our room to be cleaned several times but they mixed up the request and finally nobody came. They put music all day and is quite loud. Other than that, the place is great if you want to go on a few beach days. There are also some restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.'

'Prachtig pension op een geweldige - vooral tropische - lokatie. Prima kamers met uitzicht over een baai. Goed ontbijt met vooral veel vers fruit. De natuur is schitterend, ga er niet naartoe voor restaurants/uitgaansgelegenheden.'

'The beach villas are dated. The water park was a great addition and the 4th of July activities were fun for the kiddos. Food at beach house restaurant is overpriced and not good. Did not love that the staff asked us to remove sheets/duvet covers from beds, wash dishes, throw out trash, and put all towels in one pile. When paying $7k for two beach villas for a 3-night vacation, I should not have to be doing any cleaning for the resort.'
