'Zu viert war das Appartement doch fast zu eng, vor allem das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Der generelle Zustand ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Z.B. Kaputte Küchenfronten, gerissene Scheibe des Kochfelds, Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht mehr verriegelt werden. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement gut.
