'The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. '

'My new iphone charger was clearly swapped with a very old and damaged one, I felt I couldn't trust this place. Some male employees were quite rude. Accomodation meets the minimum requirements. They dont care about giving you a good experience. No shampoo, no soap for the hands, no hairdryer, wifi only in the lobby which is impossible to work when you have music crazy loud in the pool next to the lobby.'
