'Modern, clean and well equipped room with a view over the beautifully (Christmas) illuminated Passeig de Gracia. Easy access to Barcelona's excellent metro and bus systems. Very helpful reception staff. At a minor additional charge we were able to obtain late checkout at 17:00 hrs. Only point of note is the lack of international tv channels, which didn't bother us hugely as our days were filled enjoying the city sights and sounds. '

'Great clean and safe location to explore Barcelona! Glories Shopping Centre is across the street with great shops and places to eat (also take away!). Metro station (3 days unlimited travel 25 euro) is 5 min walk from hotel: Ramblas 10 min ride, Camp Nou 15 min ride. Bogatell Beach with nice clean water at walking distance (20min) from hotel (tip: walk via Ramblas de Poblenou: nice!). Parking under the hotel which we found kind of hard to find: Coming from Av.
