'The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them.'

'Our stay was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean! There was even has a back patio with a table and chairs. The interior courtyard was cute and I liked that our room was right off of the courtyard.They provided towels for the beach which was very nice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

'Carlos at reception was excellent. Earplugs given at checkin for the late night party (3am municipal at the docks). Help and advice when we couldn’t reach our tour contact.
Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable '
