Zeer zonnig huis met zwembad gelegen achter het huis, toegankelijk via een deur vanuit de tuin van het huis. Het heeft een prachtige tuin omgeven door planten en enkele bomen, het is erg zonnig met een veranda (tafel en stoelen voor het diner) en ligbedden en parasols om te zonnebaden.
Je hebt allerlei materiaal om naar het strand te gaan voor je beschikbaar.
Een paar meter van het huis heeft u toegang tot vier verschillende zandstranden. Cala Martina, Es Canar-strand, Cala Nova en Cala Leña.

Zeer ruim huis met mooie tuin, uitgebreide inventaris

Huis is zeer ruim. Is werkelijk voorzien van vele extra's (complete keukeninventaris incl citruspers, toaster, pergolator bv.). Ruime tuin met veel zitplekken, ligbedden en zwembad. Gelegen in wat toeristisch El Canar, met op loopafstand veel buurtsupers en restaurantjes. Per auto zijn alle hoeken en leuke strandjes en baaitjes van het hele eiland makkelijk te bereiken. Hippiemarkt Punta Arabi is aan het einde van de straat. Eigenaresse Susana is makkelijk telefonisch te bereiken en lost problemen direct op (koude douche). Aanrader voor families of meerdere stellen.

Mooie woning, ruime tuin, groot zwembad

Voordelen: Mooi, groot huis, ruime tuin met 2 zitjes en een tafeltennis tafel. Veel extra's aanwezig zoals voetballen, tafeltennis spullen, koeltas, koelbox, de gastvrouw heeft voor veel extra's gezorgd. Zwembad is heel ruim, met bedjes er naast. Hoewel het zwembad gedeeld is met een hostel, merk je daar nauwelijks iets van, wij hebben vrijwel de gehele tijd het zwembad voor onszelf gehad. Gastvrouw is heel aardig en goed te bereiken indien je vragen hebt. Heel fijn verblijf gehad, met 5 volwassen vrouwen. Nadelen: Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn oud en een aantal kapot, zitten aan het zwembad vonden wij niet echt ontspannen dus los van het zwemmen hebben wij niet bij het zwembad gezeten. De bedden zijn wat oud. Er is een slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden, dit is voor volwassenen wel wat krap, maar het kan wel, bedden kraken wel een beetje. Airco is alleen in de woonkamer en 1 slaapkamer, andere twee slaapkamers erg warm. Wel genoeg ventilatoren aanwezig. Schoonmaak had wat beter gekund. Omgeving: gelegen bij het dorpje Es Canar, rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van barretjes, restaurantjes en een aantal kleine supermarktjes. Niets bijzonders, maar alles aanwezig voor je dagelijkse boodschappen en een simpel hapje/drankje. 2 strandjes op loopafstand. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad, op wat kleine verbeter puntjes na zeker een aanrader.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk geholpen door Susanna. De kamers waren mooi en cool qua temperatuur. Er waren echter veel dingen die ons verblijf niet tot een feest maakten. Het bed kraakte zo erg dat we er zelf wakker van werden. Het zwembad was niet gevuld bij aankomst, dit was niet vermeld en voor de kinderen echt een tegenvaller. Veel spullen in de keuken waren erg vies. Bj het openen van de oven stonden er 2 hele smerige pannen in verstopt. Het riool stonk ontzettend. Door er veel op uit te gaan hebben we er zelf een top vakantie van gemaakt maar het verblijf zou ik niet nogmaals boeken.

Host Susana 's communication was excellent. Property was spacious - 2 outside shaded seating areas, plus poolside and inside lounge/dining and kitchen/dining areas with homely decor. AC in 2 main bedrooms and lounge, fan in small bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Nice big pool 10m x 4m, note that it is 1.7m deep throughout. Parking available. Good location, within 10mins walk of centre of Es Canar, plenty of shops and restaurants and good beaches. 35 mins from airport.

A great place to spend a week

The property is a good size 3 bedroom house with air conditioning and pool. It’s 5 minutes walk to the main beach, ferry and hippy market. We just relaxed at the beach and travelled to some of the nearby towns for lunch. The weather was perfect.

Nice and big house with big pool close to Es Canar

Our family had a very nice and beautiful vacation at Susanna house which is close to Es Canar and the Hippimarket in Punta Arabi. Only 30 Meters away is a small market where you can buy all the things you need during a day. Susannas House is big with a lot of space around the house, the rooms are big enough and it is possible to climate all the rooms. In front of the two entrancadoors is a rooftopped outdoor round table where you can have breakfast or dinner in the evening. We played cards there with 6 people in the evening. Even by rain we were setting outside and didn't get wet. As well there is a very big pool (10 x 4 Meters) behind the house which enjoyed our Kids every day after the beach for a few more hours. Susanna is a very lovey host and she always answered all our questions we had. We would book the house definately again.

Es war alles ausser schön.

Das Eingangstor war so schlecht zu öffnen, sodass sich jeder meiner Familie in laufe des Aufenthalts verletzte.(Blutige Finger).IN der Nacht war es kalt und es gab ausser der dünnen weißen Decke nichts zum Zudecken. Keine Decke nichts.Im laufe des Aufenthaltes kam es in der Nacht zu heftigen Regenschauern das Wohnzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer stand völlig unter Wasser,das Dach war überall undicht.Ich verständigte die Besitzerin Suszana. Sie wusste bescheid und kam nicht einmal um den Schaden zu sehen.Alles in Allem eine Katastrophe dieses Haus, ich würde am liebsten mein Geld zurück bekommen wollen.

schönes Ferienhaus mit nettem Pool

Das Haus ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Kontakt mit der Vermeiterin sehr entspannt . Bei Fragen war sie immer zu erreichen . Schränke sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig und eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre nett, sonst ist das Haus aber wirklich schön.

Spacious house for family of six

We really appreciated having so much space indoors and outside for our group of four adults and two children. The house is well located on a quiet street on the edge of Es Canar, close to the Hippy Market. There is ample parking space for two cars at the entrance to the property. Susana was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the toys she provided for the children. As our visit was in August it would have been better to have air conditioning in the two bedrooms which only have fans. It would also be helpful to have access to Wi-Fi in all rooms.

12 night stay 13th -24th Aug 2022

Due to Covid we had had to cancel our stay last year at the villa and we had not been abroad since summer 2019. Susana was very reasonable and fair about us having to cancel and re book for 2022. This was also the first time we had moved away from a package type holiday and booked a villa with separate flights and car hire, so the holiday was a new experience altogether for us. The villa is in an excellent location for two beaches and the town with restaurants and shops all very close by. There are two good beaches within 5 mins walk in either direction. It is also only a short walk to the famous Hippy Market every Wednesday. Susana the host was excellent with her communication and attendance if we had any issues. Any problems during our stay were resolved quickly by Susana. Susana was also very flexible with allowing us to book 12 nights for our stay, which is often difficult to find with many other villas that only offer either 7 or 14 night stays. Thank you to Susana for allowing us that duration of stay. The pool is an excellent size and private. It is located directly next to another pool belonging to a neighbouring hostel. Whilst you are aware of other people in the neighbouring pool, you are not directly overlooked and there is a dividing wall separating both pools. We had no problems with noise issues from the neighbouring hostel during our stay and the guests were generally very respectful of guests staying in the villa. The garden areas are generous and nicely landscaped and the property is secure behind iron gates. The addition of a table tennis or pool table in the garden would also be considered a nice additional touch for future stays. The pool area whilst large and as a result is a big selling feature of the villa, could benefit from some additional external lighting so that the pool could be more readily used in the evenings. While the main bedroom and lounge have air conditioning, installing additional air conditioning in the other two bedrooms would also be very beneficial. Communication with Susana from the Uk before we went was also excellent and reassuring. Taking all into account, including the location of the villa, car parking provision and overall value for money, which is also a very attractive and reasonable price, we very much enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this villa to others. We would also consider rebooking the villa again should we return to Ibiza in the future.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus liegt optimal in Es Canar, nahe von Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und auch Souvenirgeschäften. Die Raumaufteilung ist genau wie beschrieben. Gartenanlage sehr einladend ! Pool sauber ! Lediglich die Küche hat uns etwas Probleme bereitet: Für Familien, die selber kochen möchten, ist das Material sehr knapp. Ausserdem mussten wir ausnahmslos alle Küchenmaterialien, die wir genutzt haben, vorher auf der Hand spülen, weil sie nicht sauber waren.

Beautiful property & Amazing location

We loved staying at this beautiful property. Super spacious with a private pool and walking distance from various beaches, shops & restaurants. Fabulous villa in Es Canar

We had a wonderful week in Susana's house. The house is in Es Canar but on the edge so if a resort is not your thing, you can go the other direction walking and eat at some more local vibe bars. 8 minutes walk from Cala Martina beach restaurant and it's a few minutes more along the beach for a totally different high-end Ibiza vibe at Nikki Beach bar. Go the other direction from the house and it's about a 20 min walk to Cala Nova Beach which has various bars and restaurants with different vibes. If you've a car, you're a short drive from many beautiful beaches in the north of the island. The house was super easy to find, 30-35 mins drive from the airport. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Two good bathrooms. Pool is fab. There is a hostal pool next door which would make the pool a little less private if busy but it was closed when we were at the house. Small and expensive supermarket across the road, a good size Eroski a few mins drive away and you don't even have to go into Santa Eularia to get there so a bonus. We had a brief issue with the fuse box and the water, excellent communication from Susana and sorted quickly. There are bikes at the house and also lots of stuff for the beach which was very convenient. All good value house with loads of pluses. Can't think of any negatives!
